Strategy Day 2026

On Thursday, 5^th March 2026, the Director General for the Coordination and Implementation Division invited all employees for the third Strategy Day. The theme for this year was Making Better Use of Data and Statistics for Evidence Based Decisions.

The directors gave a presentation regarding what data they have available and the types of reports that are generated.  Afterwards, the special guest Prof. Vincent Marmara, mathematician, researcher and lecturer at the University of Malta, gave an insightful explanation regarding how decisions can be based on a mathematical formula, and hence how data can be utilised in a more efficient and effective manner.

The Division believes that workforce upskilling is of absolute importance for growth, development and team building.
